The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Short Version : 
  • If you live on Earth, we ship to you! (exception only on high privilege or super remote places)
  • Shipping fees are based on volume or weight, whichever is higher. International shipping starts from roughly $10
  • You can always add all the items you love in our store to the cart, and get a shipping estimate at the check out page. (Don't worry, you won't be charged until you confirm payment)
  • For preorder items, our indicative shipping fess may not be correct. You will be expected to top up the shipping fees if the item is much larger than expected when it reaches us.
  • DHL Express shipment duration on average is 7-10 days which does not include order processing, time in transit and custom clearance in your country.
  • Surface mail shipment duration on average is 8-9 weeks.
  • EMS from Indonesia and or Japan will usually arrive in 7-9 days which does not include order processing, time in transit and custom clearance in your country.
  • RLN from Indonesia is usually 2 times the duration of Indonesian EMS

Shipment processing time

First and Foremost, you need to know that most of the ready stock items in the store are sent from Indonesia warehouse.

The Back ordered items will be sent mostly from East Asia which is usually from Japan.

In tokopie, all shipment is considered to be shipped when the orders are finalized by the customer, if there are no additional orders or order consolidation with the addition of products to the current order, the following policies regarding timing will apply:
Delivery Time: All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Average duration of shipment times will be based on the country you reside in and the shipping courier you choose.
For example the frequently asked countries :
United Kingdom, United States, Canada, European Countries, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.

IF SHIPPING FROM INDONESIA :

EMS and RLN (POS)

EMS and RLN from Indonesia is now available for most countries, EMS will take roughly 7-10 days in transit, not including times in order processing, clearance for customs in several countries inbetween, custom duties and sales taxes are charged to the customer, not paid by tokopie, so be sure to know your customs rules and free on board limitations.

RLN will take roughly twice as long as EMS, all of these will have tracking number.

IF SHIPPING FROM JAPAN :

DHL Express 4-7 Working days in transit, but it's more expensive
Japan post SAL and EMS is currently unavailable for select countries, when it is available, the shipping costs to worldwide customers including US, CA, Europe, and the Americas would be much lower and will take 1-2 weeks in transit on average.
Surface Shipping worldwide is the current available shipment method from Japan, and will usually take 8-9 weeks in transit on average.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Adding the priority processing option to your order can bump your particular order to the top of the list or the shortlist, this can help reduce delay in shipping times.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Tokopie ships to addresses within all countries around the world, but not to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping Fee

All items will be charged by weight and service type for shipping.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You'll always know exactly where your order is. From the time we receive it, to the time we ship it, to when it's delivered - we'll send you a quick friendly note each time so that you're always up-to-date.You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
We NEVER ship without tracking number so we don't use stamps and snail mail, and it's equivalent.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Tokopie is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We DO NOT declare lower on customs declaration, we will always declare per invoice as it is required by the regulation of our payment gateway services.

Damages

Tokopie is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Yes, we ship worldwide!

From INDONESIA : We ship primarily by from Indonesia using RLN and EMS, if you want to pay for DHL or FEDEX we can provide that too manually.
From JAPAN : International Standard Airmail either SAL or EMS - when it's not available due to the pandemic situation, we will ship using DHL Express and Japan Surface which used Sea tranportation method.
Shipping fees are based on actual or volumetric weight of your order, whichever is higher. An estimate for the shipping fees is below.

if there is any additional information for shipments to your country please kindly let us know by contacting our support email or reply to your order confirmation email, since packet rejection because of local regulations will not be our responsibility if you fail to tell us beforehand about the status of your borders.
